15,000 student job offers to be entered on "1 young person, 1 solution"

New for the start of the 2021 school year: the government platform "1 young person, 1 solution" now offers student jobs lasting less than 15 hours per week so as not to interfere with your studies. 15,000 job offers are already available.
"After the aid compass, internship and apprenticeship offers, today it is a job offer for students, adapted to study follow-up which is made visible", explains Frédérique Vidal, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. The government platform "1 young person, 1 solution", launched in July 2020, has been enriched since September 9 with an additional brick: it lists more than 15,000 student job offers .

More than 40% of students work alongside their studies. "Beyond the financial interest that this represents for them, student jobs, which allow them to familiarize themselves with the business world, constitute a major challenge for the professional integration of young people", observes Élisabeth Borne, Minister of Labor and Employment and Integration. Lasting less than fifteen hours per week (to preserve quality study conditions), these student jobs are brought together online in a dedicated module.

In the first half of the year, the "1 young person, 1 solution" platform had already been enriched with two other bricks: a simulator listing the aid that young people can claim and the "1 young person, 1 mentor" service to be accompanied in their studies or in their job search and thus maximize their chances of success. The site aggregates many other services: you will find there in particular modules to search for an offer of internship, apprenticeship or even a mission of civic service.
