Son propriétaire un certain Ahmed Yousfi Saïd, dit Saïd l’émigré, natif de Ouezra(Médéa) qui était en fuite au Maroc. Evadé d’une prison française en 2002 et condamné par contumace à 15 années de réclusion criminelle pour banditisme, Ahmed Yousfi était rentré en Algérie pour devenir, en six ans seulement, un des barons de la drogue. La découverte des 5 tonnes de cannabis a été rendue possible grâce à la vigilance d’un manutentionnaire du port sec de Rouiba qui, au moment des manœuvres, s’est rendu compte que les conteneurs pesaient très lourd alors qu’ils étaient censés être vides. La drogue était dissimulée dans les parois des conteneurs et a échappé au contrôle des services des Douanes et de police"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""". Un sacré client que cet Ahmed Yousfi, en fait ! Notre baron de la drogue, Ahmed Zendjabil récemment refroidi, a en effet déjà un remplaçant, que les français connaissent très bien, justement. Son histoire est assez ahurissante. Au moment même où notre Escobar algérien commence à subir la concurrence directe du trafic colombien de la coke, bien plus rentable que celui de la résine de cannabis marocain, un petit truand se distinguait déjà en France, à Nantes notamment : """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""à Nantes, l'information a fait le tour de Bellevue, où il a vécu. Salah Gemit a certes été depuis repris, à Marseille, mais pas notre homme : Saïd Ahmed Yousfi a en effet qutté le territoire français juste après pour se réfugier dans son pays d'origine : l'Algérie(il est né en 1971 à Médéa ). Elle fait partie des nombreux biens mis sous scellés dans le cadre de l’affaire des 5 t de cannabis, découvertes dans des conteneurs au port sec de Rouiba, et qui devaient être expédiés en France. Natif de Ouezra, wilaya de Médéa, en 1971, Saïd vivait en France.""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
