5 tips to thicken a too liquid soup

1 - Potato starch
If your soup is way too watery, mix a tablespoon of potato starch with a glass of water, then stir it into your soup.
2 - Cornstarch
Cornstarch, such as cornflour, is also great for thickening your recipe. Be sure to mix the starch well so that there are no lumps. To avoid them, it is recommended to make your mixture in a cold liquid.
3 - Tapioca
