What do acquisition costs understand?
Unjustly called notary fees, acquisition fees designate a whole set of sums to be paid during the acquisition of real estate: taxes on behalf of the State and local authorities, emoluments corresponding to the remuneration ofnotary.More specifically, these costs decompose as follows.
The notary's emoluments which constitute his remuneration.They are fixed by the state.The decree of February 28, 2020, applicable since January 1, 2021, gives the scale, with four slices.

Thus, for example, for a sale at € 200,000, the notary fees are up to € 1999.25 excl. Tax, or € 2,399.10 including tax (Applicable VAT of 20 %).
The costs and disbursements which designate, "the sums paid by the notary on behalf of his client used to remunerate the various stakeholders contributing to the realization of the act by obtaining the necessary documents and documents" (source: notaries.fr) as well as the costs related to additional steps (request for extracts from civil acts for example).These approaches and formalities are an amount, on average, of a tenth notary fees.
