The real estate assets of the enigmatic American financier Jeffrey Epstein, who died in August 2019, are gradually being put up for sale. The latest, his sumptuous Parisian apartment in the ^16th arrondissement.

After the gigantic townhouse at 9 East 71st Street in the heart of the Upper East Side (sold for $51 million to a former Goldman Sachs executive), the intercoastal villa at 358 El Brillo Way in Palm Beach, the work of the famous architect John Volk (sold for $18.5 million to a real estate developer in November 2020) and Zorro Ranch, a sprawling property of more than 3,000 m² of living space on 30,000 hectares near Stanley in New Mexico (still for sale, at Sotheby's Real Estate for $27.5 million), it is the turn of the Parisian apartment of American millionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who died in August 2019, to be put up for sale exclusively at Sotheby's Parisian Properties for €11.9 million.

34,156 euros in annual condominium fees

Resulting from the meeting of two apartments, it is alone on the noble floor which is undoubtedly one of the most luxurious and emblematic Haussmann buildings on Avenue Foch. Decorated by Alberto Pinto, it offers on 740 m² a quadruple reception, a large office, a dining room, a kitchen, a huge master suite with office, dressing room and marble bathroom, a fitness room, as well as four bedrooms . Two service studios of 20 and 37 m² are included in the sale price. The annual condominium fees are up to the standard of the building: €34,156.

When questioned, Sotheby's officials did not wish to confirm the identity of the owner, thus recalling their privacy policy vis-à-vis their customers.
