New bonus in real estate purchase for employees with modest income
From Monday, October 4 and until the end of 2022, employees subject to income can benefit from a subsidy of 10.000 € for the acquisition of their main residence in new in primary accession (first purchase, or not having owned in the last 24 months).
This premium, proposed by Action Housing, is accessible to employees in the private or agricultural sector not exceeding by the resource ceilings of the social loan rental accession:

The aid concerns the acquisition of new real estate or under construction acquired under the main residence, as part of a controlled price accession (social loan rental accession, real solidarity lease, etc.).However, it is not applicable for City Heart Action Operations and Urban Renewal Program.
A € 200 million envelope
These ceilings correspond to the income of year N-2 (ie those of 2019 for a request in 2021) or those of year N-1 if the latter are more favorable.
20.000 employees will be able to benefit from the premium, the envelope having been set within a limit of 200 million euros.The premium will be paid to the signing of the deed to the notary or on presentation of the promoter's funding of funds.It can be combined with zero rate loan (PTZ) and the accession loan offered by Action Housing.
