Passionate about ecology and nature, Frédéric Bouchereau offers concrete solutions to help people enrich the ecosystem in which they live.
In 2009, the idea of collecting, recycling and reusing this waste was born in order to enrich the earth. In the back of his garden slept an old compostor "goofy", but rich in a natural treasure: worms. For two years, he studied, experimented with earthcomposting of waste, equipping himself with bins which he had adapted to maintain constant ventilation and humidity, a temperature measured for the worms he raised.

The Garden of worms is a two-pronged activity: the first one offers a solution to the problem of organic household waste, mainly for urban households who do not always have access to a composter. "I raise and market compost worms to populate apartment earthworms," explains Frédéric Bouchereau, who is constantly testing and experimenting with lactofermentation from wheat and brewery residues.
