Assistance for the purchase of compost
The Eurometropolis offers aid of 40 euros for the purchase of a compost bin or a vermicomposter.
“If you live in a building and there are several of you (minimum 3 households) who want to compost, the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg supports you in setting up your project from A to Z and subsidizes you”, specifies the community on its site.

Assistance for the purchase of washable sanitary protection
Soon, on November 19, the Eurometropolis will present its council members with a subsidy for the purchase of washable sanitary protection.
In the amount of 30 euros, it will be intended for all the inhabitants of the Eurometropolis, whatever their conditions of resources.
The aid will be renewable for three consecutive years at the rate of once a year. If adopted, it should be available immediately after the council.
Bonus: cinema tickets offered by the City of Strasbourg
In a press release published on Monday, the City of Strasbourg announces that it will offer cinema tickets to 25,000 kindergarten and elementary school students.
"The cost of the operation, which will take the form of a purchase of places, amounts to 150,000 €", explains the municipality. “The equitable distribution of seats will be made in connection with the programming of each cinema and the age of the children”, she adds. Thus, kindergarten students will be “priority directed to cinemas offering short formats and young audiences”, while “children enrolled in an establishment located in a priority education network (Rep or Rep +) will receive two places instead of one. a ".
The date of delivery of the places is not yet known but no action should be necessary to benefit from it.
